The Ritual of Yankee CD

Yankee is one of many healing chants of the Yoruba tradition. It literally means knock it out. Take out the negativity and release the fear. The chant goes with a letting go movement where you fall into someone's arms. Side A teaches each line and each part both call and response. Side B performs the chant with all the parts progressively getting faster and faster. A great African meditation tape.
